We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help expand our presence in the professional services sector. In this hybrid role you ll focus on lead qualification outreach and booking meetings for the Client Success team. Ideal candidates are proactive tech-savvy and passionate about B2B sales.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns
Generate new leads via cold calls emails LinkedIn and partnerships
Schedule discovery calls for Client Success Managers
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
Collaborate on sales strategy and pipeline development
Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
1 3 years of B2B sales experience (MSP or IT industry preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Experience in cold outreach and qualifying leads
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment
Selling managed IT services or related technical solutions
Working with law firms or professional service clients
Understanding of IT services such as cloud cybersecurity and compliance
Be part of a collaborative fast-growing team
Competitive base salary (50-60k) commission for closed deals

Education
