Job Description
- Direct and manage the shop floor team including machine operators and assemblers.
- Oversee daily production schedules ensure timely deliveries of products.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs.
- Coach team members.
- Diagnose production issues and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and present reports to management team.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which may include standing for long periods of time lifting and working with machinery.
- Able to pass drug and background screening.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Carpentry experience preferred.
Wood working and carpentry skills, supervisory experience, team lead experience, CNC
Education
High school diploma or equivalent;
