As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support via phone email or chat. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries handle any issues or concerns that may arise. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing timely and informative updates to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all information is up to date
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals
- High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tasks
- Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
