We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support our team s daily operations coach and develop new representatives and help lead campaigns that support meaningful causes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into leadership while being part of a purpose-driven organization.
What You ll Do
Support day-to-day team operations and ensure goals are being met
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Provide hands-on coaching support and performance feedback
Help lead outreach campaigns that raise awareness and drive community engagement
Ensure service quality standards are met across phone email and chat
Collaborate with management on campaign planning and process improvements
A natural leader or team player ready to step into leadership
Strong communicator with excellent people skills
Able to coach guide and inspire others
Organized and capable of managing shifting priorities
Experience in customer service outreach retail or sales is a plus
Passionate about social impact and making a difference
