Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented organized professional who thrives in a structured environment and is eager to contribute to the real estate and mortgage industry. You ll play a key role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of the mortgage team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage communication with clients organize and track critical documentation and ensure that each mortgage file is processed smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients regarding loan documentation requirements
  • Collect and process mortgage-related documents
  • Handle client communication via phone
  • Maintain organized documentation systems
  • Process and track client applications

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Professional communication abilities both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer service or client relations
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Basic understanding of mortgage industry processes preferred
  • Proficiency in standard office software and document management systems
