Job Description
Summary:
- We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to handle a variety of marketing tasks including creating project reports updating websites and managing customer databases. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal and written English skills along with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. This role is critical for maintaining effective communication and engagement with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage project reports for print and mail ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update and maintain the company website ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Design and coordinate the production of full-color newsletters including copywriting photo selection design and print coordination.
- Manage customer database exports and contact management ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Implement and manage customer survey systems conducting follow-up calls to gather feedback.
- Utilize email marketing platforms for campaign management and analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using WordPress for website management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and concise copy.
- Competency in design software including Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Canva.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Job Details:
Set-up and Location: WFH / Onsite (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AWST) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila Time
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Information Technology. 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with Shopify platforms. Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs or equivalent. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Willingness to adopt and leverage the latest AI tools to enhance content creation and technical SEO performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate SEO strategies clearly. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for continuous learning and staying current with SEO best practices.
