Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and supporting daily office operations. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and maintaining the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and confirm appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
Provide support to other departments as needed
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
