Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for clients visitors and internal team members. This role plays a vital part in presenting a professional image of the company while providing administrative support and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area keeping it clean and organized
Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Support various administrative tasks such as data entry filing and recordkeeping
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to front office needs
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Enforce security protocols for guest access and identification
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software (e.g. MS Office Suite)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Punctual reliable and detail-oriented
