Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at Lake Houston Physical Therapy part of the U.S. Physical Therapy family. The Lead PT plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services while fostering a supportive and efficient clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve functional goals
Lead and mentor clinical staff including physical therapists physical therapist assistants students and aides
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and/or Regional Leadership on clinical operations and patient outcomes
Promote evidence-based practice and ensure quality standards are maintained
Participate in community outreach and business development as needed
Maintain professional licensure and stay current with continuing education
Qualifications :
Required:
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (MSPT or DPT) from an accredited program
Current Texas Physical Therapy License in good standing
Preferred:
3 years of clinical experience preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role
Manual therapy or specialty certification (e.g. OCS COMT) is a plus

Schedule: Monday to Friday No weekends!
