Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated experienced sales professionals to join our Tampa team. Were looking for people that realize the importance of this role & how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prospecting marketing & promoting new business
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
  • Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
  • Understanding the loan process 

Qualifications :

  • Must have or be willing to earn Real Estate License upon hire* (will assist)
  • Must be able to work weekends evenings & some holidays
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to talk in pictures
  • Great listening skills & creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause as well as a solution
  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Commitment to act with Integrity
  • Proven closing as well as negotiating skills
  • Follow through with commitments
  • Proactive follow up with prospective customers
  • An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to their work
  • Previous new home sales experience preferred or 2 years experience in high-end sales
  • Marketing strategies
  • A high level of enthusiasm as well as a high energy level
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize
