What will you do in this role
- Verify and control key salary related documents.
- Review and compare payroll results to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present key indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources area.
- Record payroll settlements withholdings and payments to banks and tax entities.
- Calculate salaries medical breaks vacations and bonuses complying with current labor legislation.
- Manage legal and voluntary withholdings (insurance taxes etc.).
- Keep updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations.
- Calculate provisions for unused vacation.
- Prepare payment orders and salary reports within the established deadlines.
- Prepare income and deduction certificates and assist in defining bonus policies.
- Submit reports required by governmental authorities and audits.
- Generate weekly monthly and annual salary reports.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of salary budgets.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary information.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for in you
- Complete university education.
- Advanced command of computer tools (MS Office e-mail etc.).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Ability to work in a team and resolve conflicts with empathy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail responsibility and ability to work.
