Job Description
As a Manager Policy Strategy & Analysis you will:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of policy developments and their implications for clients
- Develop strategic policy recommendations that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements;
- Lead client engagements ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and maintaining strong client relationships;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions that address complex policy challenges;
- Monitor emerging trends in policy and legislation across Europe providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Prepare reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior management;
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance clients understanding of policy impacts and strategic responses.

With your personal strengths view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager Policy Strategy & Analysis:
- A masters degree in Public Policy Political Science International Relations or a related fields;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in policy analysis public affairs or consultancy preferably within a European context;
- Demonstrable expertise in quantitative and qualitative policy analysis methodologies including familiarity with statistical software;
- Strong understanding of the functioning and regulatory frameworks of European institutions and their impact on member states.
