We have a seed-stage start-up that is looking for a founding recruiter. This position is remote and a three-month contract that could be extended. You are able to do it while working on other projects as well. You will be working on biz ops reqs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the startups growth objectives
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for business operations roles including sourcing screening interviewing and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with founders and leadership team to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and key metrics
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications :
- Experience as a founding recruiter
- Experience hiring for head of roles
- 4 years of experience as a recruiter
- Strong understanding of startup environments and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Proven track record of successful placements in business operations roles
