Job Description
We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Attendant who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our team and work at Oaks Wellington Hotel on a full time basis.
Theses position will have the opportunity to work in both the busy Front Office and the fast paced Food and Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or needs.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests colleagues and stakeholders across various channels including in-person phone and email to provide exceptional service.
- Oversee the accurate processing of guest reservations updates and special requests utilising property management systems to ensure seamless scheduling and availability.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay offering prompt assistance resolving issues and providing personalised recommendations to enhance their experience.
Hourly rate: $25.00 NZD per hour (excluding KiwiSaver)
Qualifications :
To be successful you will have:
- Have a friendly positive attitude
- Barista experience or willing to learn
- Be impeccably presented with excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and act with a sense of urgency
- Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday - Sunday including mornings afternoons evenings and split shifts as well as public holidays as required.
