Job Description

As a Retail Allocator your main responsibilities will be to manage and optimise shop supplies to improve product availability productivity and sales while keeping stock levels and margins under control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the in-store product layout plan (depth frequency etc.) in line with the assortment plan and operational constraints.
  • Calibrate plan and restock shops on a weekly basis
  • Analyse shop sales and stocks and co-define action plans to improve availability or flow with the network and D2C teams
  • Plan and monitor stock flows in connection with new shop openings renovations or closures
  • Organise stock returns at the end of the season
  • Plan and monitor the physical flow of merchandise with D&T
     

Qualifications :

Your profile:

 Education:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain logistic business preferred

 Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in supply chain and retail is a plus

IT : 

  • Good command of ERP such as SAP
  • Office 365 proficiency (particularly advanced Excel)

 Language:

  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)

 Transversal Skills:

  • Knowledge of/sensitivity to outdoor products
  • Analytical skills and business acumen
