- Manage business relationship with legal immigration and community partners
- Assist with end to end immigration process in European and APAC region.
- Keep abreast of any legislative changes as it related to immigration social insurance and government benefits.
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives ensuring our Diversity and Inclusion values are embedded
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar experience
- Previous experience working in Human Resources for a fast-paced organization.
- Previous experience with Cyprus immigration process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Clear and concise written and spoken communications skills; including being able to respond to appropriately to different audiences
- The ability to speak read and write Greek is advantageous
- Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner at all times
