Job Description
As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency Team in Sofia the Creative Project Manager will report to the Creative Agency Team Lead and will be responsible for providing support to the Lead as relates to content and production pipeline. Their goal will be to facilitate communication and follow up with the entire team and stakeholders regarding the various stages of the production process.
Main Responsibilities
- Support creative projects end-to-end by tracking key dates managing deadlines and ensuring resource availability.
- Create and manage tasks using tools like Airtable Confluence and Trello to maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of assets iterations and concepts meeting milestones and sprint goals set by the Lead.
- Assist the Lead in prioritizing and assigning tasks; review incoming assets and ad products with the CAT Lead delegating to artists as needed.
- Uphold creative standards by supporting feedback processes and conducting quality checks on deliverables.
- Foster strong communication between the Creative Agency and cross-functional teams (UA game marketing etc.).
- Contribute to workflow improvements and process development based on production data.
- Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CAT Lead.
Qualifications :
- University degree in management or a related field.
- Relevant production experience in the video game industry or visual asset pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in creative production tools (e.g. Trello Airtable Adobe Suite).
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering a full project from development to release is an asset.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Aware of current market trends and industry developments.
- Positive dedicated and team-oriented attitude.
