Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Product Management Intern to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support the design development and delivery of digital products that enhance the guest experience and drive business value.
As a IT Product Management Intern you will:
- Assist product managers in defining product requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers developers QA analysts and business stakeholders
- Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality
- Support day-to-day tasks
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or a related field
- Strong interest in product management technology and customer-focused design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence Figma or Tableau is a bonus
