Job Description

*PLEASE NOTE- This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days in the office each week in Cary NC.

We are seeking an experienced senior accounts receivable (AR) analyst with concentrated experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order to Cash processes with a focus on accounts receivable and customer master data management. This position will oversee the companys Aperture Solutions US Business Unit implementation of JD Edwards E1. This critical role involves optimizing financial processes through the effective use of technology solutions ensuring accuracy efficiency and seamless collaboration across various departments. This position will be part of a project team supporting multiple implementations.

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of the order to cash processes within JD Edwards E1 and its integration with ancillary systems
  • Primary support for user acceptance testing within financial applications related to AR customer data and AR reporting
  • Review and update test scripts as necessary
  • Draft and maintain user documentation procedures etc. and provide training where required
  • Provide reporting and monitoring of AR and customer master data related to testing
  • Support data conversion activities for customer and open AR data ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation
  • Project management and collaboration with the business for system migrations and implementations
  • Identify and oversee solutions for process improvement opportunities

Qualifications :

 

  • 7 years experience in accounts receivable
  • 3 years experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Must have)
  • Experience with acquisition integrations
  • Technical understanding of system process flows 
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management with ability to manage deadlines
