/ Job Description
ADASVnV
You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of ADAS software products through VnV testing. Based on customer requirements you will conduct functional and performance VnV tests using bench testers or test vehicles. You will also support root cause analysis and corrective action when functional defects occur. Furthermore you will contribute to improving product reliability and safety by enhancing test processes as needed.

    1. VnV/
        VnV Test Coordination (test scheduling task management etc.)
    2. VnV
        VnV test bench and test environment setup
    3. VnV
        Performing VnV tests using vehicles and test benches
    4.
        Reproducing defect scenarios on bench testers
    5. VnV
        Developing VnV test strategies (including test process improvement)

VnV
You will collaborate with related departments both domestically and internationally (India Vietnam Germany etc.). You will serve as the technical contact person for customers regarding VnV testing and the reporting of results concerning software quality.

Within a global team (including staff in India Vietnam and Germany) you will be responsible for managing the overall progress of VnV testing and promoting smooth VnV testing activities by adjusting resources as needed. You will demonstrate leadership by supporting project progress coordinating team members and contributing to issue resolution. You will serve as the technical point of contact person for customers regarding technical requirements and challenges as well as VnV testing and its results.

B. / Test Engineer:
VnVVnVVnVVnV
Within a global team (including staff in India Vietnam and Germany) you will conduct VnV tests related to functionality and performance based on product specifications and customer requirements to verify quality. You will demonstrate leadership by driving VnV testing efforts. You will serve as the technical point of contact person for customers regarding the VnV testing environment and VnV testing activities.

Qualifications :

& / Required Experience & Skills
/ Experience:
a. /
    Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical/Electronic Engineering Computer Science Systems Engineering or equivalent education.
b.
    Knowledge of computer science automotive technology quality management project management and statistics is preferred.
/ Skills:
c.
    Japanese language proficiency sufficient to provide technical explanations to customers.
d.
    English language proficiency sufficient to engage in technical conversations with engineers in other regions.

/ Experience:
a.
    Software development process and software testing experience
b.
    Embedded systems development experience in the automotive industry or with industrial equipment
c.
    Software quality management and test plan development experience
d.
    Project management team leadership and customer negotiation experience
/ Skills:

    Practical experience with programming languages (C C Python etc.)

    Experience using software testing tools for embedded systems development

    Experience with test automation tools (Selenium Jenkins etc.)
