Role Description:
Designation: Senior Executive Global Coverage Intelligence Senior Associate
Location: Baroda
Purpose of the role: Responsible for high quality design execution and delivery of global analyses performance dashboards and analytical studies.
Main Accountabilities:
Design execute and deliver analytical studies extracting and utilizing data from multiple sources to identify new insights for clients and internal teams.
Manage complex processes of Global Coverage Program for few top clients taking ownership and being a primary Coverage Intelligence contact for Strategic Client Leads in terms of Global Coverage Update for their clients.
Execute and deliver global analyses and related insights for clients and internal teams.
Proactively identify potential risks to the data quality of analyses assist in required investigations to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of potential issues.
Prepare communications of study results for broad distribution to clients and international teams through written and video media.
Communicate effectively with clients and senior level colleagues to ensure the quality of input data used in analyses the understanding of results and successful completion of follow-up actions.
Develop subject matter expertise and contribute to various progressive and analytical projects.
Create solutions and implementation plans for individual projects.
Maintain flexibility in working in a dynamic work environment where delivery schedules and priorities fluctuate according to client needs and external department demands.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the same location and in offices located globally.
Recommend improvements in processes within the area of responsibility.
Work Experience: 3 Years: Executive Analytics/ Client Management.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
Proficient in Excel and presentation (Microsoft O365)
Statistical training/education
Sound understanding and knowledge of statistical concepts and tools
Highly detail oriented strong commitment to timely execution of tasks
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Key Skills: Communication Skills creative problem solving critical thinking organizational skills (time management & prioritization) teamwork and collaboration
Strong analytical and aptitude skills
Technical capabilities* (Python/programming skills)
Education: Masters with Statistics/ Economics Computer Science (M. C. A. / M. B. A.)
* Optional skill set will be value added if available
