Job Description
- Contribute to the design and execution of the company-wide sustainability strategy across national and international operations. Manage sustainability-related projects including timelines stakeholder coordination and implementation. Develop and execute annual CSR benchmarks goals and performance tracking.
- Lead or support the preparation of comprehensive sustainability reports including data governance KPI definition analysis and narrative development.
- Manage reporting processes for external ESG frameworks and ratings (e.g. Ecovadis CDP CSRD) ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate and respond to sustainability-related requests for information from customers partners and stakeholders. Drive and maintain internal and external sustainability communications including intranet/internet content newsletters and corporate presentations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in sustainability (e.g. CSRD ESRS) ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with business units subsidiaries and cross-functional teams to align sustainability practices with corporate objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability Environmental Science or a related field plus 35 years of professional experience in CSR sustainability ESG reporting or related areas.
- Solid understanding of sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g. CSRD GRI TCFD UN SDGs Ecovadis CDP).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with ESG data tools or dashboards is a plus.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams. Experience in an international or matrixed organization preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills both written and verbal. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
