Regularly conducts market research to identify potential companies and strengthens existing relationships.
Negotiates special pricing agreements with corporate clients and monitors revenue performance.
Collaborates with the Congress and Organization Sales Team to support group and meeting sales.
Coordinates with the Reservation Reactive Sales and Events departments.
Promotes all hotel facilities to corporate clients enhancing event sales.
Monitors competitor activities and reports relevant information to upper management.
Prepares weekly monthly and annual action plans and submits sales reports on company visits.
Effectively utilizes the Opera PMS system to update and manage client information.
Ensures the accurate input of sales data and reports into the system.
Participates in corporate events and promotions enhancing client satisfaction.
Implements strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications :
Ability to focus on targets negotiate effectively and develop successful sales strategies
Effective communication skills ability to make strong presentations and provide solutions by listening to customer needs
Building strong relationships with existing clients enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and analyzing competitors
Managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective planning
Proficient use of Opera PMS and strong skills in data management and reporting
Collaborating effectively with various departments to achieve common goals
Quick problem-solving and adaptability to changing conditions
Monitoring revenue and managing budgets effectively
