Competitive Salary: $64000-$65000 gross annually based on previous experience & education
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee recruitment mentorship and development of department leaders and colleagues fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure professional engaging service while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage daily operations including reservations service flow cleanliness and maintenance ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Support financial goals through budgeting forecasting inventory control payroll accuracy and beverage program oversight.
- Collaborate on menu development analyze performance trends and liaise with Conference Services and Catering for group and event coordination.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management preferably in a full-service upscale or luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage operations
- ProServe certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Access) and Windows operating systems
- Experience with restaurant systems such as Silverware Birchstreet and Watson (preferred)
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management (an asset)
- Proven ability to manage budgets cost controls and financial reporting
- Skilled in staff scheduling and operational planning
