Center Manager European Wax Center
Location: Glendale - Bayshore Mall In-Person Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Compensation: Achieve $53000$70000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals.

What We Offer
What You Can Expect to Earn:
Were all about setting clear achievable goalsand rewarding our team when they meet them. Heres what our compensation package looks like:
Base Pay:
- $23$25 per hour based on experience
- Equivalent to $47000$52000 annually
Bonus Potential:
- Up to $18000 annually in monthly performance bonuses
- Earn $500 $1000 or $1500 per month depending on results
Total Annual Compensation:
- $53000$60000 annually for candidates with 13 years of management experience
- $63000$70000 annually for experienced leaders (35 years) who consistently hit performance goals

- Experience: 1 year in management (35 years preferred for top earnings)

- Scheduling: Able to work one weekend shift (not both) and flexible weekday hours
- Mindset: Positive proactive and passionate about personal and team growth
- Commute: Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
