The Opportunity:
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create patient centric strategies projects and/or activities that may benefit more patients.
Collaborate with Marketing field-based PJPs and HSPs Medical and Access teams to identify patient access gaps/opportunities develop solutions and ways of implementation to improve drug access and experience within patient journey (including out of pocket/reimbursement scheme e.g. early enrollment adherence etc.)
Develop operating framework to drive PSP excellence including assessing risks & effectiveness in key DA/accounts in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proactively seek opportunities for driving operating effectiveness. Align DA/brand strategies to optimize PSP operations provide systemic/integrated views improve overall process and system effectiveness/efficiency.
Oversee external service providers to ensure compliance of the Roche code of conduct and also local regulations; ensure all existing and under-developing PSPs comply with Patient Solution Binding Principle.
Being a thought partner when it comes to VBHC & OBA agreements regarding Medical endpoints discussions.
Design and develop patient support programs tailored to the disease area and patient needs define clear program objectives and performance outcomes.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of PSPs including onboarding logistics and manage third-party vendors and partners involved in program delivery (e.g. hubs call centers specialty pharmacies)
Liaise with internal departments (Regulatory Legal Compliance Medical Affairs PV) to ensure program compliance.
Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) & External Stakeholders to promote awareness and utilization of support programs and overcoming challenges within Ecosystems for enhancing Patient Outcomes.
Ensure a patient-centric approach in all aspects of program design and delivery.
Collaborating with Patient Advocacy in development of tools and materials aiming to educate and empower patients within Support Programs initiated by Roche.
Develop and lead diagnostic programs aligned with DAs strategies and unmet medical needs within Ecosystems.
Design and execute diagnostic access and testing programs to support patient outcomes while working cross-functionally to support the integration of diagnostic testing in treatment pathways.
Build relationships with external partners including diagnostic manufacturers pathology labs and healthcare providers.
Contribute to scientific communication plans and evidence generation activities with Interpretation of diagnostic data to inform strategy and decision-making
Expert within the affiliate who leads the coordination and support of all CU / PAA programs including adhering to all local and global SOPs and maintenance of documentation in relevant systems (e.g. PAIRS and GLORA).
Acts as local coordinator for Patient Access Integrated Registry and Supply (PAIRS) system single point of contact in the affiliate and for the distribution of Investigator Brochures to treating physicians.
Liaises with customers including treating physicians to ensure all relevant information and documentation are correct and fulfill all local and global requirements.
Monitors area of compassionate use and is local process owner for conducting Compassionate Use / Pre-Approval Programs
Who you are:
A bachelor degree in relevant fields including pharmacy or Science. An advanced (masters) degree is preferred.
Hands-on experience in government hospital or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Has previous experience with Diagnostic
Good understanding of the healthcare environment.
Business acumen to understand broader implications of PS programs.
Experience of managing external vendors
Strong ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Strong project and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize with minimal guidance.
Attention to details.
Strong understanding of compliance principlesSOP creation and adherence
