Specialist OBD
Workplace: 061331 BucharestWhat to expect:
Vehicle Functions HW/SW requirements integration - System Functional/ Non-Functional Requirements - (translate/develops depollution control norms regulations into the system requirements - official rules safety functional requirements performance maintenance etc. and into SW functional requirements) that must be implemented so that the powertrains are ready for homologation;
Project coordination synchronization with suppliers and development timing reporting;
Synchronization with other professions like: Pilot Function Systme (PFS) Experts (Leader Ingnierie Systme) LIS Safety Manager Architects.
Evaluation of OBD/OBM functionality requirements;
Evaluation of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) / On-Board Monitoring (OBM) relevance/impact according to requested features for the target vehicle;
Management of the SW function development in the upstream phase of projects and assurance of the technical convergences for the assigned perimeter;
Design and validation/verification of System Architecture Integration;
Support to the debugging phase in SW Development/Testing;
Participate in definition/design of validation and integration plans with validation and integration business units for the managed system (Powertrain Development);
Participate in the search for solutions and arbitration points/meetings to resolve possible hard points (bottlenecks).
What you bring along:
At least 5 year of experienceand technical background in automotive system development projects;
Good understanding of vehicles architecture and operation (Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles Hybrid and Electric Vehicles);
Knowledge of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) / On-Board Monitoring (OBM)technical information and specific legislation;
Knowledge of the V Cycle development method;
Knowledge of functional safety rules (ISO 26262);
Knowledge of electric and electronic circuit architecture analysis and automotive Electronic Control Units SW development/analysis - writing requirements decomposition and allocation of requirements to different impacted systems;
Knowledge of car communication protocols and Vector tools;
Knowledge of specific automotive software(JIRA DOORS MATLAB/Simulink INCA/MDA AVL Concerto SBM-Serena CANalyzer etc.);
Knowledge of English language (French language knowledge is nice to have).
