You will supervise 8-10 case managers ensuring quality of service efficient case distribution and effective supervision. You will be a valued member of the Aging and Disability Resources leadership team.

It is the largest contributor to Pierce Countys safety net providing services and funding to nearly 170 agencies and governmental jurisdictions. As a team focused supervisor you will not only be available to your own team but available in rotation as onsite supervisor of the day being a willing support to staff around you.
Your Future in this Role:Throughout the onboarding process you will meet with the Managers Supervisors and teams regularly to discuss expectations set goals identify priorities and gain familiarity with current policies procedures and strategic measures.
