Painter and Decorator
Working in our properties across the North East
Permanentfull time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday with on call on a rota basis)
Salary 33433 per annum plus van generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Painter and Decorator
- As multi skilled Painter and Decorator all allocated jobs are completed right first time with a whole job repair approach providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Decorating works across repairs maintenance and property refurbishments.
- Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
- Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes.
- Working in our properties across the North East. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in painting and decorating or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in all aspects of painting and decorating work within a maintenance environment.
- Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
- A flexible approach able to use your own initiative and judgement.
- A full current driving licence as youll be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Job details
- Working Monday to Friday youll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment.
- Youll work across our properties in the North East.Our office base is in Belmont Durham.
- You must be able to use technology for logging jobs complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
- Youll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
