Pay Rate/Range: $17-20/hr
Description: Aerospace facility in Wellington KS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery and production equipment. This role ensures equipment operates at optimal performance to support manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines lathes mills and other manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
3 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
