Overall responsibility for the implementation of products for teachers and specialists working with students with diverse/special educational needs (SEN) Product Owner role.2.
Key tasks
1. Identifying the needs of recipients in the special educational needs segment based on substantive knowledge competitive environment and market trends.
2. Developing substantive concepts functional requirements business requirements and KPIs for new digital products and SEN publications.
3. Preparing budget assumptions for SEN products monitoring budget execution and KPI achievement. 5. Recruiting authors collaborators and experts for new products and marketing cooperation (webinar hosts article writers conference speakers).
4. Collaborating and coordinating the work of the author team ensuring timely delivery of author material with the assumed quality.
5. Developing implementation scenarios for digital products in accordance with the latest market knowledge.
6. Author tasks creating worksheets writing chapters in publications and more.
7. Managing the product backlog prioritizing the work of the scrum team Product Owner role.
8. Ensuring the substantive correctness of all components of the SEN product including digital product masters (desktop mobile online) printing and all resources.
9. Preparing product descriptions and presentations as well as substantive input for marketing communication.
10. Organizing product validation in institutions.
11. Creating product documentation related to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
12. Managementof products from the current offer cooperating with the Product Maintenance department.
13. Speaking at conferences conducting webinars internal product training and external training.1.
Education: Higher education preferably in relevant fields (e.g. special education speech therapy pedagogy Polish philology educational therapy)
Professional Experience:
1. Required teaching and therapeutic experience working with children with special educational needs 5 years.
2. Other therapeutic/specialist qualifications in working with children with special educational needs are welcome.
3. Experience in authorship editorial work and training is welcome.
4. Experience in creating multimedia applications and/or other educational materials for children with special educational needs is welcome.
5. Experience in managing educational digital products (Product Owner role) is welcome.
6. Ability to conduct market analysis data analysis and draw conclusions.
7. Knowledge and ability to analyze into technical issues sufficient to communicate effectively with application designers.
