What you can expect with this role

Your skills and experience
Were looking for an experienced leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for customer service excellence.
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline plus substantial experience in a large commercially focused organisation delivering and coordinating customer services.
- OR extensive experience in a customer focused role within a large commercial environment.
- Proven ability to lead develop and deploy teams to strengthen business capability.
- Experience in driving a high performance culture through effective team management and development.
- Considerable expertise in identifying and implementing business process improvements enhancing operational efficiency and leading change initiatives.
- Strong background in financial management including budgeting and cost benefit analysis to optimise operations.
- Relevant experience in contract management including specification development oversight and business reporting.
