The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced client service/customer service professional to join our Insurance Recoveries team where youll play a key role in identifying and managing complex motor and property insurance recoveries. This role offers the chance to make a real impact on business outcomes while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Your new role
Determine and initiate the most appropriate investigations and assessments to maximise recovery opportunities and business outcomes.
Develop and implement strategic recovery claims approaches that align with QBEs business development and profitability goals.
Lead the optimisation of complex motor recoveries including the strategic use of legal and specialist resources.
Analyse complex and high-value claims to identify and pursue viable recovery opportunities.
Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersincluding brokers and business partnersto enhance outcomes influence and brand reputation.
Continuously improve recovery processes by leveraging insights that align with the evolving needs of customers partners and the broader business.
About you
Professional experience preferably in a client service/insurance/liability/legal or operations-based position will be highly regarded
Sound knowledge of the end-to-end general Insurance business particularly claims (desirable)
Must be able to multitask and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
A high degree of influencing skills partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to operate multiple systems
