About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Manager to lead and support the administrative operations of our Darwin and Katherine offices.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for supervising a small team of admin staff refining processes maintaining accurate data and ensuring smooth operations across both sites. This role is central to delivering high-quality internal support services that enable frontline legal and social support teams to thrive.
You will be a hands-on leader who models a positive workplace culture mentors staff and builds efficient compliant and respectful systems that support the unique needs of NAAFLS programs and clients.
