Job Description
A company operating multiple healthcare facilities is seeking a skilled Medical Practice Manager to oversee staff and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy healthcare practice. This leadership role does not require a medical background but does require strong operational management experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams improving efficiency and maintaining high standards of patient service and care.
Responsibilities Include:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Implement and manage processes to improve workflow patient experience and operational outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Supervise train and manage staff fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Handle staffing needs including recruitment onboarding and performance management.
Financial & Budget Management:
Manage the practices budget financial reporting cost control and resource allocation.
Ensure financial goals are achieved while maintaining high-quality services.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations industry standards and internal policies.
Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction implementing improvements as needed.
Patient & Vendor Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with patients addressing concerns and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Manage vendor and external partner relationships to ensure seamless operations.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management preferably in healthcare medical practices or related industries.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budget management financial reporting and cost control.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus but not required.
