A growing home health service is expanding into the California market and is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead its entry into the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the homecare or healthcare space and a proven ability to generate referrals build strategic relationships and grow client networks.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify and secure new referral sources partnerships and client relationships.
Develop and implement a growth strategy for the California home health division.
Build brand awareness within the local healthcare and senior care communities.
Collaborate with leadership to refine offerings and tailor services to the California market.
Track leads follow up with prospects and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Represent the company at relevant events meetings and outreach opportunities.
Monitor market trends and adjust outreach strategies as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in business development or outreach within the home health or homecare industry.
Knowledge of Californias healthcare landscape and referral networks.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated organized and results-driven.
Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with company leadership.
