Job Description
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in network administration or enterprise infrastructure support.
- IAM/IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security CCNA Security or equivalent).
- Experience administering and maintaining enterprise network and server environments including virtualized and cloud-integrated systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers switches firewalls and load balancers.
- Experience with system software installation patching upgrades and configuration management.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery backup/restore procedures and network security protocols.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash PowerShell Python) for automation and monitoring.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting secure federal or defense-related IT environments.
- Familiarity with Oracle Exadata ZFS and InfiniBand networking.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of IAVA compliance STIGs and DoD cybersecurity standards.
- Experience supporting capacity planning performance tuning and system optimization.
- Exposure to interface management and coordination with external systems.
