DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position you will plan train delegate assign and direct the daily work of the mail room and temporary clerical staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail to the Keystone Building and departmental customers. You will ensure standard operating procedures and desk manuals for the mail room and staff are maintained and updated consistently; hold monthly meetings to explain written instruction on various processes and procedures to your staff; and monitor purchase orders for validity.Possessing experience in team leadership excellent communication skills and expertise in clerical and administrative tasks is beneficial for achieving success in this role.

  • 3 - 5 years of varied administrative office work

  • 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience
