Job Description
A growing behavioral health organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence staff supervision regulatory compliance and overall program growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the ABA program across multiple sites or service areas.
Supervise and support clinical staff including BCBAs RBTs and paraprofessionals.
Oversee onboarding training and professional development for ABA staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements documentation standards and best practices.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to enhance program delivery.
Monitor service quality and client satisfaction implementing improvements where needed.
Assist in developing and implementing policies procedures and strategic initiatives.
Address staff or client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of ABA principles therapies and industry standards.
Prior experience managing staff in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance clinical oversight with operational and administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance regulations related to ABA services is a plus.
BCBA certification is preferred but not required.
