Finance Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Hybrid model: 3 days from office per week

ABOUT DEPARTMENT
Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting Department supports Management Reporting & Planning of Manufacturing P&L with all its components: Operating Performance income Cost of Production and Manpower & OPEX Financial Adjustments Manufacturing Variances and Inventory Accounting. The area of team experience covers small modules manufacturing sites across EMEA Region large modules biomanufacturing sites (in Europe and beyond) as well as other entities embedded in Global Supply Chain such as Global External Sourcing Toll and EMEA Distribution Centers. Department is still growing and taking part of Global projects. Our team members have wide experience in analysis and chance to grow in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Works within a team to deliver day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering one or a number of core areas of Finance delivery
- Owns delivery for designated tasks and operates independently to interpret diagnose and resolve identified problems escalating only complex issues for resolution
- Assists line managers to understand interpret and apply finance policies including providing the day-to-day support in the execution of Finance delivery in own specialist area
- Works within defined guidelines and policies applying judgement to their application this role will also identify issues with current processes and provide input on proposed changes to enhance effectiveness of Finance delivery
- Mentors junior team members and may supervise a small team in own specialist area
Education Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Qualified or part-qualified finance professional or working towards qualification
- Experience of operating in application of the specialist area
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Thorough understanding of functional cost drivers
