Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards ensuring high performance and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current application landscape and design solutions that align with business needs.
Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power BI reports including KPI Toolbox Compliance House Litigation Tool and others.
Integrate data from Azure SQL SharePoint Alphabet CMDB ServiceNow and on-premise systems.
Implement and manage role-level security and access controls in Power BI.
Participate in testing deployment and documentation of new and existing solutions.
Support ad hoc reporting needs (e.g. Export on Demand OneTrust and DocuSign).
Coordinate with IT security and data governance teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor junior Power BI developers providing guidance on best practices code reviews and professional development.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for broader Power Platform integration.
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience with Power BI (data modeling report development dashboard creation).
- Strong understanding of data integration and database management.
- Experience with Azure SQL SharePoint and hybrid data environments.
- Proficiency in DAX Power Query and Excel-based data transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience implementing role-level security and managing user access.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
