Your Opportunity:
As our Non Stock Specialist you will be responsible for supporting our global network of stores. Primarily this will involve the allocation of store orders placed via our two platforms Fresh and Shopify. Our stores utilise local stationery vendors to supply the bulk of their consumables you will manage the approval process of these orders as well managing the restricted baskets available to stores. You will also support the Non Stock Lead in duties such as analytics and reporting plus regular maintenance of our non-stock portals on Fresh/Shopify.
- Daily review and action of non-stock Fresh/Shopify tickets
- Review and approve store stationery requests across multiple stationery platforms
- Coordinate regional/global store allocations for consumables and piercing products via 3PL network
- Delivery reporting/order updates to the global store network
- Regular updating of non-stock platforms uploading new products deleting obsolete products etc
- Assist with Projects and Initiatives as requested by your manager
- Invoicing
- Providing active support for the Lovisa Logistics continuous improvement (CI) culture
Allocation Existing Store Network (70%) - Allocation - new store packs (10%) - Administration Invoicing/Site Maintenance/Reporting (20%)
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Strong communication skills at all levels email phone & Teams
- English level Intermediate/Advanced
- Intermediate MS-Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise discretion
- Ability to work to deadlines
