Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating and providing patient care through assessment planning implementation and evaluation to support recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver comprehensive nursing care within scope of practice.

Educate patients based on individual needs.

Implement physician orders and protocols.
-
Collaborate with the healthcare team and delegate tasks as appropriate.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Experience:
-
Hospital experience preferred.
Licensure & Certifications:
-
Active RN license in Wyoming in good standing.
-
BLS certification (required).
-
ACLS certification (required for C-section care roles).
-
PALS certification (required if working with pediatric patients).
-
NRP certification (required for Family Care Unit).
-
Intermediate & Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring (required for labor nurses within set timeframes).

Strong communication listening and customer service skills.
-
Excellent organization time management and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
-
Proficient in learning new computer systems.
-
Ethical and legally accountable in practice.
