UI UX Designer
Location Hyderabad.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our digital transformation team in Operations. This role will focus on designing intuitive engaging and visually compelling user interfaces for our banking platforms while also supporting multimedia content creation including video editing for customer education marketing and internal communication.
Key Result Areas.
User Interface & Experience Design
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile banking applications ensuring alignment with brand and accessibility standards.
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
Video & Multimedia Production
- Design and edit short-form videos for product walkthroughs tutorials and promotional content.
- Work with internal teams to storyboard and script video content aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure all multimedia assets are optimized for various platforms (web mobile social media).
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with UX researchers developers and compliance teams to ensure designs meet regulatory and security standards.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI component library.
Stay up to date with industry trends tools and best practices in UI/UX and multimedia design.
Operating Environment Framework and Boundaries Working Relationships.
- Multi-discipline multi-cultural work force involving financial and non-financial processes across UAE & IBG Ops including in-house and offshored vendor managed processes
- Liaise with technology for technical feasibilities and dependencies
Close liaison with Operations Technology and Vendor Partners for user interviews and feedback .
PROBLEM SOLVING
- Ensure Feedback from end user & various stake holders are incorporated in digital solutions delivery
- Gain wholehearted acceptance of solutions proposed to address issues identified in E2E reviews. Ensure deliverables are implemented on fast-track basis.
Knowledge Skills and Experience.
- Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science Multimedia or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in banking or fintech.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and video content.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking systems
- Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or integration with platforms like Sherlock for workflow enhancements
Understanding of compliance and security considerations in financial services.
