Position: Customer Support & Social Media Specialist
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm US Eastern
Pay Range: USD 1000 to 2000 (depending on qualifications and skills)

About the Role:
This role will mainly focus on customer support with social media management being a bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support with clear professional communication
Write and assist with blog content related to e-commerce marketing
Perform accurate data entry and support basic administrative tasks
Adapt quickly to proprietary software and internal systems
Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements
Manage social media channels including content posting engagement and community interaction
Qualifications and Preferences
Fluent English required; accent-neutral preferred for clear communication
Proven experience in social media management and blog writing preferred
Background in e-commerce marketing a strong plus
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn new tools rapidly
CRM experience not required; company uses simple proprietary software
