Job Description

Position: Customer Support & Social Media Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm US Eastern

Pay Range: USD 1000 to 2000 (depending on qualifications and skills)

A U.S.-based technology company specializing in pet safety solutions

About the Role:

This role will mainly focus on customer support with social media management being a bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support with clear professional communication

  • Write and assist with blog content related to e-commerce marketing

  • Perform accurate data entry and support basic administrative tasks

  • Adapt quickly to proprietary software and internal systems

  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements

  • Manage social media channels including content posting engagement and community interaction

Qualifications and Preferences

  • Fluent English required; accent-neutral preferred for clear communication

  • Proven experience in social media management and blog writing preferred

  • Background in e-commerce marketing a strong plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn new tools rapidly

  • CRM experience not required; company uses simple proprietary software

  • Long-term growth mindset and commitment valued
