Tasks
- Main tasks
- Responsibility for business development and sales in Italy
- Participate in the preparation of the annual sales plan
- Identification of target customers
- Achieve revenue and gross margin targets in defined segments across Italy according to approved sales plan
- Analyze market price levels market research
- Additional responsibilities
- Analysis of current government funding programs
- Contact and account management (key account management) of existing clients
- Support of current projects
- KPIs:
- Actual total sales in Italy vs. budget
- Actual gross margin vs. budget
- Actual OPEX expenses vs. budget
- Number of projects in pipeline for the next 12 months vs. defined outlook

- commercial technical or business education
- ideal practice from projects in the renewable energy sector
- excellent communication skills Italian / English
- willingness to be largely dependent on rewards for actual results achieved
- standard PC user skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Italy occasionally to Prague
