Job Description
ShowHeroes is looking for a Supply Manager to join our growing team in Brazil.
In this role you will support the Regional Supply Director by helping manage key relationships with digital publishers and coordinating supply-side operations. You will play an essential role in expanding and maintaining a high-quality publisher network contributing directly to the growth of ShowHeroes in Brazil.
To succeed in this position you must have strong interpersonal skills be results-oriented and feel comfortable handling both strategic and operational tasks.
Tasks
- Develop and manage partnerships with local and international publishers.
- Coordinate onboarding processes and provide ongoing account support to partners.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned with our video (OLV) and CTV solutions.
- Help prepare and deliver presentations proposals and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance metrics and assist in reaching monthly supply targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales AdOps and Product to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and actively contribute ideas for product and strategy improvements.
- Provide day-to-day support to editors across the full spectrum of functions both relationship and technical and financial tasks.
- Be able to work independently and interact pro-active with a global remote team
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising or adtech with exposure to the supply side.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience working with publishers or digital content platforms.
- Experience supporting sales or business development processes.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organization.
- Comfortable working towards goals and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus.
