About the Role:
Seeking a mid-level transactional attorney to join its Aviation & Transportation Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated attorney to work on a wide range of commercial and asset-based transactions within a specialized and dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will bring 4 years of experience in business or commercial law and be confident managing matters independently—with support from experienced senior attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft negotiate and manage a variety of commercial contracts including those related to asset purchases business structuring and financial transactions
- Assist in the structuring and execution of equipment leasing and financing deals
- Manage asset-based lending matters and related documentation
- Coordinate and complete complex transactions with guidance from senior attorneys as needed
- Collaborate with clients on strategy execution and risk mitigation
Ideal Background:
- 4 years of legal experience in business transactions commercial law or finance/loan matters
- Strong working knowledge of deal structures lending/finance documentation and commercial contracting
- Experience with equipment leasing or aviation law is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactional workflows
- Excellent writing communication and organizational skills
