Industrial Electrician
About Us
One of our clients is hiring an industrial electrician. They are a small business based in Waterbury Connecticut. They are a full-service electrical contractor electro-mechanical engineering firm and energy solutions provider offering a unique blend of expertise and services to industrial clients across the state.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking licensed and experienced Electricians to join their growing team of electro-mechanical professionals. This is a field-based role supporting a variety of industrial sites throughout Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations repairs upgrades and maintenance on industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot test and resolve electrical issues in the field.
Read and interpret electrical diagrams blueprints and schematics.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes
Requirements
Qualifications
Valid CT E1 or E2 Electrician License required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or commercial electrical environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented and safety-focused.

Industrial electrician experience is strongly preferred. Comfort working in industrial environments is required. Must hold a valid CT E1 or E2 electrician license. Must have at least 3 5 years of electrical experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Safety-minded and dependable.
