The job involves spending 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience. It requires ensuring day-to-day execution of the medical model collaborating with therapists and specialists monitoring key clinical center metrics managing clinicians and support staff and creating a professional and collaborative working environment. The role also involves working with the DMO to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement mastering the use of clinical systems ensuring compliance with regulations driving patient and client experience metrics and maintaining relationships with center clients and payers. Additionally the job involves developing colleague success promoting collaboration within CLT and across disciplines and being accountable for understanding and input on center financial drivers and outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree from an accredited medical program board certification state licensure and 5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine urgent care or an emergency setting. ACLS certification is preferred.
